To the garden centre at Highland Liliums
Who we are:
We are a Garden Centre and Plant Nursery situated eleven miles west of Inverness and only four miles from the picturesque town of Beauly. The nursery began in 1974 and it is our growing experience and passion for plants which makes our Garden Centre a special place to visit. We stock the plants which we know do well in the Highlands but we are also constantly trying out new varieties.
Opening times: Monday to Saturday 8am till 5pm ALL YEAR, Sundays 10am-5pm from the start of March till the end of October.
For those who can’t visit we are happy to send plants by mail, just call 01463 741698 or 01463 741365 for more information.

Friendly staff:
Our small team of Garden Centre staff are led by Sue Mullins (a self confessed plantaholic) and we all look forward to being of assistance to you. It is our aim to help experienced and novice gardeners alike to get the most enjoyment from their gardening. Sue holds workshops throughout the year and will happily do a requested topic or find the expert who can. Sue is currently working towards a qualification in Garden Design.
History:
Calum Macritchie trained at the Edinburgh Botanics then became Head of Parks at Windsor Castle before returning North to his roots and forming Highland Liliums to grow Dr North Hybrid Liliums. His family now continue the business which initially expanded to include the Garden Centre and then saw major diversification in the crops grown. There are now 200,000 pots of perennials, shrubs etc produced annually to supply many garden centres throughout Scotland as well as ensuring our own Garden Centre has hardy home grown produce.
Opening times:
Monday to Saturday 8am til 5pm ALL YEAR
Sunday 10am til 5pm April to October
